2. Stylesheet options
"Safety" - withhold or abbreviate any CSS module selected above when known to be poorly supported by the requesting UA.
Warning
: leaving this off can sometimes crash first-generation CSS agents (IE3, NS4). Note also that the complete "W3C Core Style" selections are presently served with this feature engaged, regardless of the setting here.
Append suggested class & ID namespace to the stylesheet (an aid to Core Style-compatible HTML authoring).
Prepend the
Base Stylesheet
to the requested modules. The Base Stylesheet plus one of each of the above modules provides a comprehensive CSS1/HTML 4.0 stylesheet, specifying values for all CSS1 properties on all applicable HTML 4.0 elements.
